Hildegard and Philipp, together with their children Stefan and Gloria, are passionate hosts. Summer and winter alike, they put their heart and soul into looking after their guests and run the Panoramaalm with genuine dedication.
With an open ear and a great deal of personal commitment, they ensure that every visitor feels welcome. For the family, one thing always comes first: the satisfaction of their guests. They focus on quality over quantity – whether in the kitchen, in service, or in their daily interactions.

1989
the Panoramaalm was built.
1993
As early as 1993, the outdoor bar, better known as the “Gitti Bar,” was built on the large terrace in front of the building.
2003
After only 20 days of construction, we opened our Almbar, the branch at the Hartkaserlift.
2006
During the summer season, the extension was built, which now houses the service area (indoor and outdoor), the office, staff rooms, and storage rooms. As part of this project, the Gitti Bar was moved to its current location, and the umbrella bar was also built here.
2011
We completed our winter garden. In fine weather under the open sky, in snow and cold under a closed roof—that was unique in the ski resort at the time.
2016
We opened our bar, which is located right next to the slopes and yet still on the terrace, “Drive In”! But what would all these developments and innovations be without the most important thing? Our guests! Extension of the Almbar with panoramic terrace.
2017
With the construction of our Panorama Suites, we have realized a long-planned project with great care and attention to detail.
2018
Completion of another premium suite with sauna and, of course, a magnificent view of the Hohe Tauern mountains.
2019
Completion of two additional suites with a new design and breathtaking panoramic views. To ensure we are always fully powered up, we have installed a new power cable with much greater capacity.
2020
New awning over our service terrace.
2021
We have built our relaxation area with a panoramic sauna and steam bath using natural materials and a successful blend of comfort and modernity.
2023
Construction of the new Panorama Bar with DJ and après-ski area and 2 awnings Construction and opening of our new umbrella bar directly at the Pass Thurn parking lot Resterhöhe.
2024
Construction and opening of the Affenstadl at Pass Thurn, Resterhöhe lift parking lot, monkey-strong après-ski.
2025
Renovation of reception area, kitchen, self-service area, sink, cold storage rooms, ladies' restroom, cash register system, and beverage dispensing systems—for even more comfort and well-being at the Alm.
